*Working the land, being able to be in contact with nature, dedicating oneself to the vineyard, I consider it a gift.
It is incredible how much nourishment for one's soul one can receive from loving the land: every day you receive something, you discover, you learn.
You learn to accept.
Accepting the diversity of soils, the originality of each vineyard, the unknown of what each season will bring. Accepting the challenges that Nature, wounded for centuries by man, poses to us today.
Accepting to live each moment as a moment of preparation for the new, for change, for rebirth: in the vineyard every day something dies and something is born.
Accepting that we are infinitely small and fragile when we walk at night under the starry sky and at the same time feeling how powerful it is to be connected with everything around us.*

Our vision of making wine
We have chosen to respect the earth and nature. For us this means giving maximum importance to the soil and the vines so that they can have the healthiest and most balanced environment possible.
We work by applying the organic and biodynamic method, first and foremost banning chemical products, herbicides and synthetic fertilisers. The grassed vineyards are managed and cared for solely with natural substances of mineral, vegetable or animal origin, following the lunar calendar whenever possible.
In the cellar, which is powered entirely by solar energy, we vinify our grapes in the most natural way possible.

Biodynamics: harnessing the forces of nature.
The biodynamic method (from the Greek bios = life and dinamikòs = movement) originates from the teachings expressed by Rudolf Steiner during his course for farmers in 1924.
According to this method, chemicals, herbicides and synthetic fertilisers are not allowed in the first place, but only natural and organic substances.
The specific preparations of biodynamics, used with a principle similar to homeopathy, are energised and distributed in the vineyards to improve soil and vegetation fertility, strengthen plant defences and heal intoxicated soils.
Nature, and in particular the plant world, has always been linked to cosmic rhythms that influence its life cycle. This is why biodynamics observes the cycles of the moon as well as those of all the other planets in our solar system and the constellations that surround them.
Working the vineyard using the biodynamic method means creating a healthy environment, rich in biodiversity; an environment where man cultivates the land in harmony with nature, animals and the cosmos, without unnecessarily straining the vines, which can find the balance most congenial to them.
